It is known to reduce the risk and improve the outcomes in cancers and, heart related problems such as high blood pressure, respiratory disorders and arthritis as well as being good for one’s physical and mental wellbeing. It also helps people discover new place, learn about the cultural and ecological history of their local/wider environments and landscapes, especially urbanised communities to reconnect to nature.
