Our CEO Maxwell A Ayamba BEM attended a one day conference called Future Countryside 2023, which was held at Hatfield House on Tuesday 6 June 2023.

The event aimed to put ‘people at the heart of countryside policy, looking to bridge divides between experts and advocates in these different fields, as a place for shared discussion.’

Speakers included; Lord Mandelson (a key note speaker), The Rt Hon Thérèse Coffey MP Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs of the United Kingdom (a keynote speaker), Rory Stewart, Sarah Mukherjee, and Daniel Zeichner MP.

Future Countryside was created by Julian Glover and Nick Herbert and is supported by The Countryside Alliance Foundation.
